Default Stop ignoring me and give me my update

Hello, I bought a skin last year and I need the update. The download link leads to a page full of errors and no download. The support ticket link leads to your homepage and the support section of this forum is blocking me from posting. You also ignore all emails from me.

I paid for updates which end in a week. So if I don't get it i'll be reporting this to paypal.

Hi Unknown,

First, I have no clue who you are so I am unable to help you until I do. Second I sent out over 3 emails in January and February when the new site was launched about the new billing system. Also that there was no more /support only the forum will be used. Also I do not have an email from anyone with anything pending needing to be done so you will have to clarify who you are so I can move your license in to the new system.

I also tried to search for sheep65820 in our old system as all usernames synced between vbulletin and old billing system and nothing was found. Have you tried your old username and password on this forum? If so you would be marked Customer and have full access to support along with Customers Area.

I have now found your old username sheep20842 using your support@ email address. I have confirmed your license is there with 7 days remaining at which point it will prompt you to renew for future updates.

That is the old billing system. It just had your license in there so it saw it was expiring so it notified you. If you login to the forum as sheep20842 you will be a customer (access all areas of forum) also you will see your download in top right Customers Area
