UK Customers only - VAT rate change

This affects UK customers only (vBulletin currently only is required to charge VAT to sales made to customers within the UK)
On the 4th of January 2011, HMRC will be increasing VAT from 17.5% to 20%.

vBulletin will be changing the VAT % it charges to 20% on the 4th of January 2011.
